I found Oggi's during my stay in Garden Grove. It was located around a cluster of hotels and restaurants.
Once you enter, the bar and restaurant are separated into two sections. The lighting was on the dark side.
It wasn't one of those higher-end gastro pubs you find these days. The food was good though. I ordered a burger and it was pretty tasty. While I waited for my "to-go" order, I sat at the bar and ordered a glass of their house stout and watched a bit of golf on TV. The stout was pretty good too.
The service was good. The bartender was friendly and prompt. I'm glad I found out about Oggi's as I see there are other locations in SoCal.

Stopped in on my lunch break since I'm right around the street.
If you are nearby its worth a visiit but definitely not worth going out of your way.
Dim lit bar area with about 6 flatscreens. Nice long bar. Had 8 Oggi's beers on tap with the beer of the month being an American IPA. Had the Scottish Ale first which wasn't great at all. Ate the fish and chips which were ok but not great. American IPA was a lemon rind bomb but pretty decent.
Bartender was pretty much on good game but I was his only customer. Ehhh I'll probably be back because of convenience.

Located in a plaza that include an Outback Steakhouse and Joe's Crab Shack, the Garden Grove chapter of Oggi's seems to have a better vibe in the air than the other's I've visited (which is to say isn't much). Oggi's are usually very darkly lit, and while this one is no exception, big windows all around bring in the atmosphere from outside. I didn't feel clusterphobic. The bar and restaurant are split in two halves, in which the split occurs at the enterence. The bar is in the shape of a quarter-circle. I saw a small room near the bar that had lounge chairs and even a sofa.
The standard lineup of Oggi's is here along with an additional "special" Oggi's beer and a few guest taps. The Red IPA was the special beer at the moment. Among the guest taps, Arrogant Bastard was easily the highlgiht (others were Blue Moon, PBR, Stella, and Bud Light). I went with the Red IPA and thought it was solid.
If you're staying at a hotel south of Disneyland, than Oggi's is a decent place to stop by for brews. If Oggi's beers aren't for you, don't sweat it; walk acorss the street and head inside the Hyatt, where you will find the OC Brewhouse.
