Enjoyed on tap at The Local in Minneapolis.
A: Looks like the average red ale. Nice amber color with a soapy off-white head. Little retention or lacing.
S: Balanced but muted hops and malts. Some alcohol aroma present.
T: A step up from a Killian's but many common characteristics.
M: Not too watery like the macro "Irish Red" beers. Good carbonation.
D: This one is good for a couple pints. Plus, all the proceeds from sales of this beer were going to charity, at least in Minnesota bars. So try this one for a good cause if nothing else.

I'm glad I found this gem in Brazil. Compared to the other beers I've had, this is sweet nectar of the God's. Finnigan poured a light, amber hue with a decent, long lasting head. Very malty beer. Not overpowering with malt smell, but malt definitely dominates this brew. Some bitter hops were also smelled, a nice contrast. Tastes damn good. Malt up front, followed by a bitter bite aftertaste. Smooth, malty mouthfeel and highly drinkable.
