a beer i got really excited about in hopes of finding a great czech pils while in poland. claim is extra bitter and hoppy. pour is golden mild cloudy with a healthy head. but the nose doesn't have the unique czech hopping but more so the grainy husk of hops and grit. palate is a tad sweet and tad bitter. nice and accessible for an american drinker. but the beer is clouded with the predominant feeling of huskiness. there is a hope for the nice twig quality in there but its not completely there.
