Interesting take on a gose. Pale crisp yellow. Full sudsy head slowly leads to flat top with little lacing. Smells very peppercorn on the nose, and salty. Honestly smells like some sort of cured meat. Tasty; slight pale malt presence, mixed with very peppery flavor, washed over with a saltyness, and ends with a bitter tartness. Well carbonated, and washes a smooth dry finish. Overall delicious. Couldn't have more than two pints in one sitting. But very refreshing.
