ALE SATAN - is Full Pint's collaboration beer with Lavery Brewery in Erie, P.A. It is brewed with some ghost peppers and cherries, or some kind of peppers to make a spicey and sour beer.
It is a Berliner Weisse Bier coming in at 4.5% ABV.s and not alot of IBU's
Look: It looks very much like a regular average beer being that it is yellow, somewhat carbonated and has a small white head that disappears. There is absolutely no lacing.
Smell: Smell like cherries right from the get go, very much like cherry wine, or soda.
Taste: It tastes like a very light cherry soda with a sour and spicey aftertaste. The sourness stays with you for a while and does some nice things to your stomach. It is certainly good with the lactobascillus, or whatever comes with the sour beers.
Moulth: The moulth feel is very light and spritzery. I really felt as if I was drinking a cherry soda that had sourness, spiceyness and a bit of alcohol flavor. It is really a pretty good combination. I enjoyed it for sure at the brewery in North Versailles. After having the Rye Rebellion it was good to have a lighter beer so that I could eventually drive home.
