This Golden Stout is a bit bubbly almost champagne. Smell isn't bad touch of bitter roast some cocoa and chocolate. Taste some say this has coconut but I can't taste nothing because of the bittering hop profile. Not as bad as Night of the Living Stout which drinks like a black IPA but it still has a bit of an acidic hop prole then quickly to roast which resembles grainy sweetness. I do enjoy it more than the Night but I have had sweeter and more balanced white stouts. Pass!
