Steady ecru foam over dark amber that laces well.
Golden syrup, mango candy and rain forest floral honey nose - sweet.
Jammy, compote malts with some toast, then orange rind, papaya and resin hops.
Peach juice finish and chalky linger.
Medium, oily, lots of cling.
Topaz and Galaxy hops.
Chewy and stewy. It's a hop monster, all right, - big IBUs - but the brightness I'd expect from NZ/Oz hops is not there. There is some dank - that'd be Topaz, from what I read. Not even so much English as just malted like a DIPA but aroma-hopped like an APA.
Hard going, ultimately.

On-tap at Brew Dock, Dublin, Ireland
A: The beer is slightly hazy amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that died down and left a thick collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of dark caramel malts are present in the nose along with notes of citrusy hops.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and the malts really stand out, leaving only a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is a very malty version of an IPA but fits the English style of India Pale Ales.
