On draft at L Mulligan Grocer, Dublin.
Ruby brown with beige film.
Earth, carob, and brown bread on the nose.
Brown soda loaf, some roasty bite, a touch of Marmite, brown sugar, and a clean acidic end.
Cola finish and tingly linger.
Almost medium, chewy, round, and salty.
Centennial and Phoenix hops
Solid, average brown. Balanced, in that malty acids cut the sweetness. Almost too sharp rather than melanoidan or chocolate.
Probably the best of Trouble's expanded range.
