Hazy light brown colour, sweet and tart green apple aroma with heady funky earthy hops. Tart and crisp with a sparkling wine effervescence. Sour tangy kick at the end is relatively mild and leads to the earthy bitter-hoppy dry finish. Lingering bitter red apple skin/pithy grapefruit aftertaste.
