Can. Murky yellow with a thick billowy head which recedes to a froth.
A vibrant aroma of tinned fruit cocktail including pineapple, grapefruit and apricot.
The fruit recedes upon tasting leaving hints of lemon and lime with a touch of balance provide by notes of bread.
A soft bitter feel with a medium body.
Somewhere between an NEIPA and an east coast PA.

Pours an entirely clouded golden color with a medium, stable head.
Smells of bread rind infused citrus and orange zest among lighter papaya, as well as pineapple.
Has a surprisingly smooth and velvet mouthfeel with a late effervescence to it, featuring a well balanced, easy drinking beer.
Tastes of powerful, bitter limes, soothing white bread dough and lighter caramel malts, together with a lighter, yet elegant fruit basket. Turns even heavier on the limes then, producing an utmost headstrong bitterness, gently balanced by the beer’s subtle malt backbone, sweet papaya and tangerines. Finishes with additional blueberries, cake rind and toffee, all adding to the prominent lime in this, leading to a dry and uncompromising finish.
Hard to believe this is below five abv, as far as everything in this is coming together in an intense, yet well put and balanced way.

500ml bottle from Winemart, Enniskillen (£3):
Cloudy, pale golden with a decent 2.5cm head that holds well with lacing on the sides too. It's subtly hoppy with citrus, grassy hops & some background fruits including peach then pale & biscuit malts to finish. It's fresh tasting with citrus & grapefruit on top of grassy flavours then orange & peach at the end. It's fresh tasting & sharp with a dry feel with pleasant carbonation that's fairly crisp & easy to drink too.
