On tap at the Beer Dock, Dublin. Hazy brown colour, small head with medium retention, great compact lace.
Aroma of raisins, Pedro Ximenez, whiskey, chocolate notes, you feel hops as it warms, cloves, berries.
Full body, creamy sweet texture, good carbonation.
Taste of raisins, Pedro Ximenez, chocolate, spicEs.
Just from the first smell, and then sip, I knew I was in front of a great beer.
