Poured on tap. Clear yellow colour, no head. Smells light with slight bitter notes, and a whiff of light sweet cereal grains, but not much else. Tastes crisp and medium-bodied. A mild dry grain and bitter hop body throughout, yielding a dry clean finish. Notes of straw; seems like more of a saison-pils hybrid. Easy to drink and thirst-quenching for a hot summer day.
