nelson sauvin beer this one, not my favourite hop must be said, it’s put to good use here, this is a tasty enough pale ale, one finger foamy white head with very good retention, beer is a hazy golden to amber colour, super floral on the nose, herbal, pine, bubblegum, white wine, orange, orange pith, mango, sweeter to taste but the sweet fruity flavours balance well with the white wine and the floral flavours, citrusy fruits, pine, a rich bouquet of floral flavour, bitterness is very light, beer is light bodied with medium carbonation, pretty smooth and drinkable, overall quite a good pale ale, with some nice unusual character to it.
