Pint on nitro tap from Black Sheep, Dublin (€6.50):
Pitch black with a creamy, thick looking head just over 1cm tall with great retention but there's the odd bubble through it too. Very light on the nose, there's faint roasted malts, a touch of milk chocolate; very creamy with some burn bread malts to finish. The taste is mainly roasted malts, milk chocolate & a faint sweetness thats very similar to the nose. Its full bodied & creamy, silky smooth with almost no carbonation & easy going without having the best balance; okay but nothing special.
