An awesome looking beer, deep Amber color with a nice frothy head. Aroma is slightly sweet fruit, oak and mild Brett in the background. Taste is very similar to the aroma. I loved the fruit and oak aspects of this beer but I wish it had more Brett or wild character. Im not a fan the "sour" label on beers, I'd prefer Brett or wild.
To me This beer didn't have much bacteria derived sourness if anything tartness came from the rhubarb. Glad I tried it for NC BEER MONTH, could have been awesome with more funk or tartness
