Murky golden body with a white head that dies down faster for a hefe. Smells of wheat, clove, coriander, lemon and stale bread. Taste has a honey like note from the malts serving the wheat and spices as a milder contrast, yeast is mildly bready. Feel is light and shaped by the spices as much as the wheat, a little airy even in an elegant way

Single finger head with decent retention and excellent retention on a hazy dull golden body. Aroma of sweet lemon custard and even yeast which I was surprised if for the flavor with additional notes of coriander, pale malts and honey. Flavors follow very well with more yeast, honey, lemon, orange peel and pale malts. Very smooth and medium body with light to moderate carbonation. My main knock on this taproom is that the beers are not cold enough. This one is much more Belgian than hefe like but it's still a good beer, just varies heavily from the advertised style.
