Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, yellow gold coloring, with a clingy, light, white head. Nose of citrus sweet and tart, with berry highlights, and some sugary notes. Flavors are candied sugar forward, with berry sweetness, lemon grass, roasted notes, and a biscuit backbone. Well balanced. Smooth and big, with an herbal, grassy aftertaste. Bitter, dry finish. Very nice brew.
