Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, copper-gold coloring, with a clingy, filmy, white head. Nose of grapefruit, orange rind, toasted grains, subtle bitterness, and cedar notes. Flavors are peppery hops forward, with a caramel backbone. Grassy and herbal. Dry bodied, but slick, with a tangy sweet and citrus aftertaste. Dry, crisp finish.
