I finally found my notes on this beer.
I had a half pint..golden coloured with a 1" head of foam and good lacing.
The smell has loads of spicy notes mixed in with some fruit and a bit of a bitter bite.
The taste is spicy, hoppy, malty, and strong! Some coriander comes through, fruity with banana and peaches, hoppy, and some good maltiness that comes mostly from bread. A very unusual mix of flavours to my mind that took me a while to get used to and once I did, I didn't enjoy it that much.
On the light end of medium bodied with light carbonation, it had a good mouth feel.
Drinkability? Too off the normal track of beers I enjoy and the alcohol was very intrusive. Not my cup of tea at all.
