this was awesome, served from the beer engine. i dont think i have ever had a belgian style on cask before, so that was a really neat format to have this one. its hazy blonde and nice and heady after the hand pull, fluffy and lively on the head, murky and pale in the beer itself. the nose is very yeasty, fruity belgian notes, lemongrass, white pepper, even rhubarb and oranges in this, very interesting. you can taste all of this too, although the yeast is a lot more intense in the smell than the taste. i get a lot of the lemongrass side, and the coriander that was missing a little in the smell. it tastes great, slightly different than the norm, and the feel is so strange from the cask, like its not so carbonated as belgians usually are, and its forces me into tasting subtleties i might overlook or miss altogether when its freezing cold from a normal tap. balanced in flavor and soft in feel, dynamic beer, i really like the serving type on this, and would like to see that happen a little more. very unconventional.

A fairly standard, but quite tasty edition of a classic summer style. Real easy drinking, despite a light degree of chewy-ness.
Flavor and aroma had plenty of mind yet notable yeasty characters, wheat and malt, touch of bread.
Summer beer loves definitely try this one Way easy drinking for sure.

From my notes:
A cloudy, very lemonade like coloured brew with a 1 finger head of foam. Something about the look impressed me.
The smell had notes of coriander and lemon zest with a slightly earthy note.
The taste was light in all respects. Light coriander, light lemon, light earth tones....just a lightly flavoured Wit that I expected a bit more from considering their other offerings.
Light bodied with medium carbonation. A nice mouthfeel that fit the style well.
Drinkability? A bit too light in the flavour department but it sure was an easy drinker and a good beer to turn to for the hot summer days.
