A: Golden peach. Very cloudy. Two-finger head pour.
S: Hoppy smell with spicy, floral notes.
T: Bitter and hoppy like one would expect. A fruity, almost apple taste. A strong sour taste follows with more malts emerging on the swallow.
M: High carbonation. Crisp but heavy.
D: A little too heavy for me to have multiple. One of the beers of the style I've enjoyed quite a bit, though.
This beer was created by Homebrewer of the Year Remi Bonnart and sold for a limited time at Equinox. Though if they ever bring him back to brew it again, I'll be there.
