Served at Equinox in an imperial pint glass.
Bubble was brewed with the Colorado St. Brewing Science class.
It is a slightly hazy copper color with thin white head. As it settles, some nice lace is left behind.
Aroma is sweet and slightly peppery with a nice Belgian yeast character.
Flavor is rich and complex with raisins, caramel, and clove.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and nicely carbonated on tap.
Overall a really enjoyable funnel and the perfect beer for this cool, sunny, late autumn day.
