This is a solid single-hop Pale Ale from Equinox. The golden pour and white billowed head makes the mouth water. The aroma of soft citrus and pine, with some hints of grassy/floral, doesn't derail the mouth watering.

Flavors are just what you'd expect. It has a soft underbelly of biscuit and toasted bread. The hops are in-yo-face enough to let you know which hops are present. The Columbia is all you get, and you get the flavor more so than the bitterness. Again, soft citrus and pine. A dash of grass and floral.
This won't win any awards due to the fact that other APAs have more hops usage and a bigger malt bill, but it is definitely worth a try...and a growler
