Pours a golden honey yellow with an off white head. Aroma is honey and caramel, some mineraliness, a little bready, and a little graininess from the lager yeast, and a some mild grassy bitterness. Liked the aroma a little more colder than warmer. Flavor pretty much followed suit. Mouthfeel is light, but medium bodied, it was lacking in comparison to other Maibacks I had tried. Very one dimensional mouthfeel. Overall, solid brew from Equinox. Not my favorite Maibock, but one I would drink again.
