Poured from a 500ml bottle into a pint glass. Got from the brewery today!
Pours a nice hazy light golden colour with a nize lively head settling down to nothing.
Smells awesome when the head is up, slightly herbal and tangy, to me it smelled like freaking nougat!
Taste is somewhat less intense, though still nice and refreshing. I'd prefer a bit more of a wholesome mouthfeel too. Subtle citrus tastes and a slight herbalness to it too.
Overall a very decent wheat beer.

660ml brown glass bottle with standard pressure cap served into an English style glass mug. Reviewed live. I acquired the bottles today straight from the microbrewery (they have pickups only on Saturdays).
A: 2.5 finger head of slight cream and decent thickness. Retention is pretty good. Colour is a cloudy yellow-gold.
Sm: Lemon peel and orange peel citrus ester hops. Light pleasant barley. A moderate strength aroma.
T: Orange and lemon peel. Light barley foundation. Very simply built, but well balanced. I wish there was more to it than just the two acts. A bit restrained.
Mf: Smooth and wet, but not overly so on either count. Complements the taste to an extent.
Dr: Average ABV, easy drinking, and limited quality flavour. Average prices by Welsh standards, but hard to acquire compared to other beers. Even zero degrees brewing is much easier to access than this one.
