Poured from a 500ml bottle into a pint glass. Purchased direct from the brewery.
Pour a dark black colour with a creamy thick off white head.
Smells like a cup of cold coffee, so strong coffee aromas.
Tastes very dark and burnt, with malts and actual coffee coming through, finishing with a bitter hop tang.
Overall a lovely beer, quite a surprise but yes very decent indeed.
