A - Dark brown in color and very murky. Looks like wastewater, or really dark potter's clay with an off white head that retains and laces little.
S - Interesting, it has a little bit of coffee roast, with a dash of orange peel.
T - Orange peel taste up front, then some caramel sweetness with a little roast. Only slight hints of dark fruit. Finishes with a touch of bitterness, but I can't really associate any flavors with it.
M - Medium body, medium carbonation. Feels a little like a cola or root beer, with some astringency in the finish.
O - Reminiscent of their brown ale, with a few new ingredients it seems. I applaud them for doing something new, and trying to use some different flavor combinations, but it just doesn't work for me. It could certainly look better, too.
