This Belgian style unfiltered wheat has a pale golden straw color due to the use of 50% wheat malt and the yeast shines through giving the beer a great banana/clove flavor and aroma.

On tap. Poured a cloudy/murky golden color with a small, tan head of foam. It smelled of faintly of banana, clove and wheat. Sweet wheat flavor with a touch of hefe characteristics - like banana and clove.

Served this beer on tap at the brewery. It pours a hazy pale straw color. It produced a very small head that quickly departs. Poor Head retention and little to no lacing. The aroma was nice and clean, there are notes of banana and clove. The taste of the beer is light, a little watery, some slight banana flavor to go with the soft wheat. Overall, it is average to below average.

A: Pours a hazy golden yellow with a small head that fades quickly to a light lacing.

S: Has a clean fresh smell with a hint of sweetness and light citrus aroma.

T: Taste is clean and refreshing with a slight taste of citrus.

F: Has a fairly light body that is smooth and goes down easy. Has a nice clean finish.

D: This beer is very drinkable as I ordered a second pint without even thinking about it. Good session beer and a beer that is very refreshing on a hot day. I normally am not a big fan of Hefeweizen beers but this was worth the try.

Pours a cloudy, orange/maize color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of slight wheat, yeast, slight sweet malt, and slight citrus. Fits the style of a Hefeweizen. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of orange, coriander, wheat, yeast, and slight sweet malt. Overall, a decent hefeweizen.
