Served this American strong ale on tap at the brewery. Served in a 8 oz goblet. Pours a dark brown color produced a off white thin head poor head retention. The aroma is a subtle toasted malt milk chocolate. Medium body taste of chocolate expresso and roasted malt. Finish is dry and full of alcohol.

Served in a snifter at the Brewhouse.
A: Served a deep amber color with a small tan head and some lacing.
S: Sweet aroma of malt and fruit with a hint of grain.
T: Flavor is a mixture of fruit and chocolate sweetness with a hint of grain. A mild bitterness and clean finish.
F: a fairly full body, quite smooth and well balanced.
O: Good sipper on a cold autumn day. Nothing fancy, just a nice offering of the style. Worth a try.
