An attractive hazy copper with a short lasting head of foam. I get a bit of caramel malt and grain but this leans more towards the grassy bitter hoppy side. Taste doesn’t improve my thoughts on this ESB at all. Over hopped and under malted. Mouthfeel fits the style. Dissapointing.

12-oz bottle into nonic pub glass
I picked up a couple bottles of this and both were EXTREMELY fizzy. Even with a careful pour, the glass was about 80% foam.
A - massive head of light tan over a cloudy copper body with a high amount of rising carbonation
S - grains, caramel sweetness, metallic
T - dark fruits, earthy notes, pepper and grass, pine
M - slick medium body, medium/high carbonation
O - not bad for a bitter

Dark rusty color. The smell is of oats, grains and plums and dates. The taste is a slightly tart bitterness up front with a subtle fruit finish. The mouth feel is a little light. Overall it's a solid beer and one I would certainly purchase again.

Excellent hoppy flavor without a bad after taste. Spicey piney with sediment for a bonus. Tasted all their beers here in Florida by the bottle and all had an excellent flavor. Their lager taste like a rich ale too. Keep up the good work and don't wuss out on the ingredients like Sammy did... Please. :)

Pours a cloudy, sediment laden, copper color with a well-proportioned light tan head. Great sheet of lace is left behind. Would be a lot higher without the sediment.
Smell is a a nice blend of malt and hops with notes of pine, caramel, lightly roasted malt and grass.
Taste is what you should expect from the style. Malt (slightly roasted), piney hops, caramel. Good blend here, too.
Medium body with a respectable effervescence. Drying throughout but not of a level to be harsh. Some nice pine left in the aftertaste.
