A pale amber color beautifully poured with a pleasant and refreshing feeling in the mouth. Paschke Polish Style Pilsner is reminiscent of some of the great Baltic-style beers. Flavored with a touch of the rare variety Lubinski Hop for a slight floral bitterness. Crafted in honor of Ed Paschke of Chicago himself, “Mr. Chicago.” Celebrating its colorful urban images and its special affinity with its city of origin.

Aroma is bready malts, slight citrus and very basic Pilsner all around. The flavor is bready malts, mild fruit/citrus and a smooth/medium grainy finish.

6/13/18: 4.75 16 oz draft pour at The Garage Bar & Sandwiches. Light golden pour, light thin white lacing and head, minimal carbonation. Light sweet floral aroma. Nice Pilsner taste, peppery, somewhat bitter. Thin texture, easy drinking. Overall very good Pilsner, my first Argus pour, will be looking for more.
