The aroma of this beer has roasty sweet chocolate, a bit of roasted malt and stout character. A bit of acetic tartness comes through as well.
The flavor continues this stout and sweet chocolate theme and then rolls onto a sweeter malt caramel character with apricot and plum peel tartness on the end.
A decent brew and it's great for Barrier to do a wild ale of this quality.
