Very good; tried next to a sample of 8 Wired's The Big Smoke and found it much smokier and with a lot more chocolate. One of Barrier's better non-hoppy beers.

On draft at the brewery.
Poured a dark copper hue with a one finger foamy whit head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a clean wood smoke and earthy malts.
The taste offered a moderate smokiness with a touch of caramel and a cleansing noble hop.
The mouthfeel was clean with a pleasant carbonation.
Overall a very tasty and user friendly smoked beer.
