Brewed with Thai chillies, fresh lime juice, for uncle boons downtown manhattan.

A: The pale yellow that makes beer nerds cry with disgust.
S: Citrus, fragrant chili pepper flesh, light floral hops, spices.
T: Robust chili pepper flesh, chili pepper heat, limes, and the clean grassy flavor of a fresh lager.
M: Thin, fizzy, and thirst quenching with some chili heat.
O: For a lager, this was absolutely fantastic. This had the best chili pepper profile of any beer I've tried so far. Rating is to style so, whereas I wouldn't put this above one of the cmplex sours I love so much, this is absolutely something I'd revisit if given the chance; especially during a meal.
