The beer comes in a light amber red color.
The beer offers a strong candy presence up front. It tastes almost like those strawberry candies wrapped in red and green at a restaurant candy dish. The sweetness up front then transitions to a pop of pepper at the back of the palate and in the throat.
There's a bit of malt and more sweetness to clean up the beer.
An interesting brew, but slightly flat on flavor.
