-clear, amber tap pour with no visible carbonation and an aroma that is lightly floral (hibiscus?) and chile-pepper influenced. The flavor is chile-hot ( bird peppers) first. The lime and lemon-grass flavors are detectable in later draughts. This is light-bodied, tasty and appreciated, but hot.

On tap. Clear dark golden color with a white head. Aroma has sweet bready malt and a hint of peppers. Taste is malty, astringent with some slightly tart spices and intense chili heat. Light body, high carbonation.
