Pours a hazy gold color with a well retained white head that left lots of lacing. Smells and tastes of orange, pineapple, apricot, pine, spices and a hint of grapefruit. Oak come through on the finish. Well carbonated, smooth mouth feel and medium bodied.

Pours hazy, gold in color with 1/3 inch head. Taste is apricot, grain, pine, and grapefruit rind. Medium-heavy bodied, bitter, with moderate carbonation. Can taste the oaking. Makes for a dry, hoppy treat. I like Money better, but this one is good.

Poured into a 16 oz Flying Dog tulip glass not sure when it was bottled. Pours a very hazy dark yellow, with a solid two inch sticky white head that leaves behind plenty of attractive lace.
Smell is apricot, lemon, apricot, tangerine, slight woody vanilla, and some piney grapefruit.
Taste follows apricot, tangerine, lemon, some oaked vanilla, and a healthy dose piney grapefruit in lingering finish.
Mouthfeel is a big medium, with plenty of life, a little dry, and extremely drinkable and very tasty.
Overall I really enjoyed this one, thanks @Rcruz9230 for this tasty treat.

Served in a pint glass from the bottle.
Appearance: Heavy cloudy beer with medium. In les to the. Pay creating a white head risk sing somewhat thin maybe half a finger's length. Almost zero lacing and looks pretty damn good.
Smell: Floral scent and grapefruit skin, but super light.
Taste: heavy bitterness, and the malts might be overwhelming for some. Personally I really like it. It is described as oak aged which I don't see much potency in wood notes but still super tasty.
Mouth: Sticky bitterness. Reminds me a bit of the bread with a smooth sour feel at the end.
Overall: Good brew, hopefully I will have it again....think I will since it's brewed pretty locally here in Long Island. Always ina a glass...Salud!

L: Beautiful beer. Bright orange in color with a decent head on top. Not much light coming through the glass. A really good looking beer.
S: Orange peel, tangerine, maybe a little bit of pineapple. Some fresh hop aromas as well. Overall, a really good aroma on this one. Very well balanced with no alcohol in the nose.
T: I wish it tasted like it smells. It's a little bit lacking in hoppiness. There's some good fruity notes, but nothing overwhelming. Perhaps the fact that it is oak aged has diminished some of the qualities of a standard IPA.
F: Mildly carbonated. Decent body to the beer. Fruity up front and disappears a bit in the middle of the mouth. Returns again on the way down. Very little alcohol burn.
O: I was hoping for more out of the taste after getting a good look and nose on this beer. It's simply lacking in body, complexity, and flavor. There's some good fruitiness to this one, but not much else.

Mid sized bottle, w/o freshness info
Pours nicely clouded, typical lite khaki froth film, thin collar and low sheeting.
Ripe tropical fruity goodness abonds here...first on the nse and then on the palate...pineapple, grapefruit, lime
more heavily clouded and more juice bomby final pour...more yeast, more fruit, more nutty
Delicious stuff...Barrier brews just seem to be getting better and better...go get some
