On tap at Village Tavern in Geneseo, NY.
This one pours a mostly clear straw yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like honey, sharp grassy hops, slightly sweet malt, and minerals.
This should be a bit crisper and cleaner, but it's a good start. It's got a nice grassiness, but a bit of a muddled malt sweetness, and a little bit of soapy/floral hops.
This is very drinkable, but I do wish it was more crisp.
This is a classic American version of a pilsner- tasty, but not quite all the way there, unfortunately.

Bright, transparent golden in body with white frothy head. Aroma of light citrus, honey, Frosted Flakes, grass. Tastes of grass, light citrus, pine, honey, light cereal, and refreshing bitterness. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. One of the best Pilseners around.

Pour at Milk and Hops in Chelsea.
A bit cloudy for a pils but no biggie.
This pour featured Wakatu hops and shows some light melon-y flavor. Barrier seems to have used a light hand with the hops so as stay true to the pils style and I think they could have gotten away with a bit more hop flavor. Melon and fruit show slightly but are pretty tame.
Feel is clean and easy-drinking though. That aspect is on point. Very nice.
