On-tap at Hops Hill, Brooklyn, NY
A: The beer is hazy yellowish amber in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a short off white head that died down, leaving a thick collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of orange and grapefruit citrus are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of orange citrus along with notes of grapefruit and tropical fruits. Only a slight amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount o carbonation. No crispness is present.
O: This IPA is very fruity, but it almost seems like a single hop beer as it is lacking bitterness and crispness.
Serving type: on-tap

Amber in color w/off white head. slight biscuit and soft caramel notes round out the malt profile, while heavy handed hop additions of citra and various noble varieties lead to an explosion of citrus/floral not soon to be forgotten
