Comes in a hazy, nearly opaque translucent yellow color an enormous rocky white head that dies down after a few minutes, leaving a solid film and sheets of lacing.
The aroma offers fresh catnip/mint, peach, pineapple, lemon, and orange pith.
The palate is peach, pineapple, honeydew melon, and lemon, with a strong catnip/mint/weed herbal character. Light crackery malt. Hints of candied lemon/powdered lemonade/sugar cookie sweetness. Finishes lightly dry with some lingering herbal dankness.
The feel is medium, moderately carbonated, crisp and lightly dry.
Overall, another great IPA from Barrier.

This one pours a basically opaque dark orange, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells kind of herbal, with some grassiness, pineapple, and grapefruit.

This luckily didn't fall victim to the "too many cooks" syndrome. It's delicious, crisp and clean, with a nice hop character that reminds me of weed-soaked pineapple juice. There's grass and chive herbal type flavors, with no malt character.

This is light bodied, crisp and refreshing, with a good level of carbonation.

This brought together a handful of fantastic breweries, and they did a great job here.

Poured from a 16oz can into a Speiglau IPA glass.

Look is a very cloudy yellow orange with a big white head.

Smell is tropical with a slight pithiness.

Delicious beer. Taste is sweet and juicy. Absolutely delicious.

The o ther collab I snagged at the source when I happened to be in the area today. Had secure the bag first and I definitely like this one more. The citra seems to really give it a sweet uptick that makes it work for me. Definitely tastes like a barrier beer if.you know what i mean...has thier underlying flavor but elements of interboro ipas scream out from this one and certainly a hop assault of other half w the roundness of carton. Really like this one a lot.
