Collaboration with Interboro Sprits & Ales, Brewski & Kings County Brewers Collective
IPA Double Dry Hopped with unmeasurable amounts of Mosaic, El Dorado and Columbus! You can expect an opaque, soft, beautifully tropical, beer juice on this one!

If you have been keeping track of my reviews (& ratings) in the past week or so, you may remember that I am looking to close out the "Better Together" badge on sister site, Untappd. That one awards you one level per every five (5) collaboration beers that you check into. I went on a Barrier spree, purging the backlog here at Chez Woody while furthering the cause of The CANQuest (tm) at the same time. I thought that I had exhausted my stash of Barrier CANs so I moved on to Interboro. That was CANother successful endeavor & in the interim, I received notice from my local, in-person trader @tone77 that he would like to come by for a pick-up/drop-off & so I beCAN to scour to ensure that everything that I have for him is set to go. Lo and behold, this CAN Pop!ped up! And look at the first CANlaborator listed! Perfect.
From the CAN: "India Pale Ale"; "Brewed with our friends Interboro Sprits & Ales[,] Brewski Micro Brewery[,] KCBC Kings County Brewers Collective"; "Paste Four of Ten Here"; "Five of Ten"; "Illustrated by Daniel F. Birch".
I beCAN by Crack!ing open the vent & starting a slow, gentle C-Line Glug into the awaiting glass. Once this proved to be fruitless in terms of creating any clarity, I allowed it to simply free-flow. This effort netted me two-plus fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, eggshell-white head with very good retention. Color was a murky, turbid Golden-Amber (SRM = > 5, < 7). Nose was redolent with peaches! Peaches are my third favorite fruit & my favorite lunchtime snack in lieu of a cookie or something else. Yum. Mouthfeel was medium. The taste closely followed the nose with a pronounced peach flavor acCANponied by a light eucalyptus menthol mintiness. Yum! Finish was cool & dry with a lingering peach flavor. Mmm. YMMV.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
