Kölsch brewed with Hibiscus & Pink Guava. Light, crisp & super crushable. Pours a light pink hue with HUGE notes of guava, bready malt character, slight lemon zest & hibiscus.

Poured tallboy into a pint. Lively berryred color with pinkwhite lace and ring.
Nose is light with fruity sour, just a small hint of floral essence.
Taste: sweet malt back mixed with the light lemon-berry tartness of the guava. Light hibiscus bitter on the finish.
Not dry on the mouth. Nice and wet.
A light flavored beer that still has plenty of character. Very refreshing and crushable. Will have to see what else this Oceanside brewery has to offer.

Pretty rose color in a pint glass but could use a little more carbonation & zero head. Smells like a rose garden in Spring. Nice and lush with the hibiscus and guava notes apparent in abundance. Finish needed the fizz that I already mentioned was lacking.
