A New England IPA that was dosed with a devilish amount of Citra, Motueka and Simcoe. A sweet juicy finish with just the right amount of dank! This beer is the truth! You can be certain it will lighten your heart and mood... We may not live forever, but we certainly can live good!

Copenhagen 4/7 2020. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers. Cartoonish and quite detailed drawing on the can with a hall (of truth, I suppose), a crocodile, some burning organs and a split panel sowing some guy paddling a canoe. I am confused.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Leaves a thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of lightly fermented exotic fruit and boozy and citric notes. Peach and mango. Light decay. A sting of alcohol. Grape fruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Finish is semi-dry and with a metallic tang of alcohol.
Not bad. But it could use a bit more intensity and bit less alcohol.

This brew had a lot of the Barrier characteristics, but an added sweetness like guava juice or apricots used in the mash. It had enough hop bitterness to tame the fruity sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel, but not something I'd grab again since these guys make a lot of very tasty IPA's.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a yellowish / orange color and a very cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A very good aroma of dank hops, citrus fruit, pears, malt, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish, not a big factor at all), some tropical fruit (pineapple and papaya, in particular), light pear notes (a subtle presence), a good shot of dank hops (not overdone, though), and a decent bit of citrus fruit (grapefruit, especially). This is a well-balanced, easy to like flavor.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A solidly made, focused beer. Worth a shot.

-dull peach colored and densely cloudy can pour with a 2 cm foam cap and a floral aroma with a note of chili pepper.
The flavor is grapefruit, orange and pineapple juice with low to moderate hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is quite smooth. There is no alcohol heat. -a juice smoothie with a bit of pepper.
