Opaque, murky bright yellow in appearance. Fluffy, creamy white head. Great retention and lacing.
Aroma of white peach, pineapple, oats, and lemon zest.
Tastes of white peach, pineapple, oats, raw dough, lemon pulp, and a hint of cannabis. Slightly chalky. Virtually no bitterness. A slight lingering orange and pineapple rind note.
Thick and creamy body, moderately carbonated, palate cleans off fairly fast despite the thick mouthfeel.
A pretty great NEIPA. No real flaws. An excellent showcase of Citra and Chinook.
