Clear gold. Small white head. Decent retention.
Smells of smoke, lime, citrus peel.
Tastes of mild ham brothy smoke, lime zest, cracker malt, and a hint of salt. Just a bit more than tart, gently sour.
Medium-light feel, moderately carbonated, crisp, clean, lightly.
A unique beer, a good take on a mezcal margarita. Flavorful and refreshing.
