05/11/21 on bottom rim of can. Poured into a Shaker pint.
A: Hazy blonde with with 2-3 finger foamy off-white head with persistent retention and craggy lacing. Carbonation is substantial and makes me think there is some refermentation in the can.
S: Very hoppy aroma of passion fruit, pineapple, orange, and lime. Moderate fruit esters.
T: Flavor is also very hoppy-fruity with pineapple, lime, guava, and passion fruit all being highest intensity. Esters are fruity and moderately intense. This beer has a solid malt backbone. Bitterness is low.
M: This beer was overcarbonated and made the body thinner than it should be. Finish is pretty dry for the style.
O: I enjoyed Citra+Motueka Deadly Combo but I wonder if they are having hop creep or referm in the can with the degree of overexuberant carbonation was in the beer, especially for the style.

Pours milky yellow with two inches of rocky white. Tattered sheets of lacing with persistent retention for the duration. Peach, pineapple, and white grape in the nose. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Juicy tropicals on the palate with minimal bitterness or malt. Ripe peach, mango, and pineapple. Finishes ripe and tropical.
