Served in a teku from the can, dated 12/18/2020.
Appearance: Hazy yellow body with a thin white head which drops quick after one sip.
Smell: Light warm sugar and dash of hop aroma. Comes in and out of your nose quickly.
Taste: From the beginning it's q bit sweet. Milk sugar is evident. Still has a tropical sweetness to the beer followed by heavy hops.
Mouth: Soft carbonation coming off a with a dry sticky body. Touch sweet finish.
Overall: Good brew but honestly the sweetness is a bit much. Not sure if it's the mosaic which has its own sweet features or the milk sugar but I am one and done for the night. Salud!

A: Poured from the can into a tulip glass. Body is golden with a 1+ finger bright white head.
S: Not much of a nose, really. Faint malt, hint of lemony citrus.
T: Sweeter malt foundation - I think I can sense the lactose more in this beer than in Barrier's Citra version. Modest blueberries - think blueberry creme.
M: Smoother than the Citra version; not quite "pillowy," but nice.
O: Feel is good, flavors are fine . . . it just needs MORE of everything: nose, flavor, hops. . . .
