A personal beer project paying homage to our very own Timmy (featured on the can). Back in 2018 when we finally got our canning line up and running, we hired Tim to be the person in charge of its operations. Fast forward now to 2022 and he’s raced his way up the ladder to lead the brewers! Influenced by his trailblazing speed, this beer is super charged with hops in every stage of the brewing process. A whopping 10 hops create this pillow of juice! Powerful notes of cotton candy, pineapple, skittles, melon and some sticky icky will have you in store for one hell of a joy ride!

A: The beer is murky dark yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high head that left thick lacing coating the sides of the glass.
S: A multitude of different hop aromas are present in the nose - honeydew melon, oranges and tropical fruit seem to stand out in particular.
T: The taste follow the smell and has additional notes of coconut, mango and pineapple. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The smell and taste of this beer are very complex, which makes it difficult to pin down the variety of different aromas and flavors. It drinks quite easily considering its strength.
