Collaboration with Other Half Brewing Co.
A Pilsner with Lemon Peel thats been delicately dry hopped with Nelson, Motueka and Hallertau Mittelfruh. Brewed in collaboration with our homies from Other Half, as part of NYC Craft Beer Week 2022! The mind games will be in full force as this easy drinker converts you over to the light side. Super crisp, clean and with the perfect touch of lemon peel on the nose and pallet. A delightful crusher.

Three fingers of white foam atop pale gold body with excellent clarity; long cap retention; medium heavy lacing; heavy ring. Lemon Pledge nose. Bitter earthy hops with white grape must; strong bitter lemon taste. Light body; moderate carbonation; crisp light feel - not watery. Overall, a hopped up pils with lots of flavor, dominated by lemon; long bitter citrus linger.
