nice dark beer, red meat, or chili come to mind while drinking this beer, this beer could be used to make both as a marinade added to beef, lamb ect...nice beer, no nasty aftertaste, clean and full flavored, wood and spicy hints come through, 8.2 alcohol by volume was listed on the wall of the brewery for this beer, served as a short pour due to stupid law in Georgia

Not much to say. Seems like the flavor is a bit weak, but I should add that I had this beer after finishing the Spicy Sweet Potatoes (I highly recommend) and a garlicky house-made hummus.
